Tallawong Station Precinct South
Tallawong Station Precinct South is located at 1 – 15 and 2 – 12 Conferta Avenue, Rouse Hill.
The vision for the sites is for an active, walkable centre, with places to live and work, and a village park and metro station as its focus.
The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment approved the concept proposal for the sites in February 2019.
As the appointed development partner for the sites, Deicorp led the detailed design of the sites, which was approved by the Department in July 2021.
